 EqualHearts – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At EqualHearts, we strive to provide a smooth and trustworthy experience for all our members. Since EqualHearts is a digital matrimony platform, memberships and packages fall under digital services, which are non-returnable once purchased.

Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a payment.


1. Membership Purchases

  • All membership fees and package payments made on EqualHearts are final and non-refundable.

  • Once a user subscribes to a plan, the service becomes active immediately, and cancellation or refund requests will not be entertained.


2. Renewal & Expiry

  • Memberships are valid only for the period purchased (e.g., 90 days, 180 days, 365 days).

  • Once expired, users need to renew by purchasing a new package.

  • EqualHearts does not provide automatic renewals unless explicitly stated during checkout.


3. Duplicate Payments

  • In case of a duplicate transaction, users may contact support with proof of payment.

  • After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.


4. Cancellation by EqualHearts

EqualHearts reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate Terms & Conditions or misuse the platform.

  • In such cases, no refund will be provided.


5. Technical Issues

  • If you are charged but do not receive membership access due to a technical error, please contact support immediately.

  • Our team will resolve the issue or provide a refund if access cannot be granted.
